Translation department

Skilled and experienced translators perform translation of documents of any volume at your earliest convenience:

• Technical (technical documentation translation: patents, standards, operational manuals and others);
• translation of legal, legislative and regulatory documents (regulatory and legislative acts, founding agreements and charters, licensing agreements and other);
• translation of commercial and business documentation (business correspondence, tender proposals and offers, transportation documents);
• translation of documents related to information technology (web-sites, software descriptions, etc.);
• translation of private documents with subsequent notarization of the translator’s signature authenticity (passports, notifications, certificates, diplomas).

Ready translation cost is calculated based on the total amount of characters including spaces. Characters are calculated by the “Statistics” function in “Service” menu of the Microsoft Word. This method of calculation is the most objective one and it does not depend on font size, line spacing, pictures and drawings in the text. 1800 characters including spaces is 1 standard page.

If the document contains less than 1800 characters its cost is calculated as for 1 standard page. A document for translation can be sent by e-mail: perevod@cci-vitebsk.by.

Standard time for translation of one page document (including personal) is 1 day (receive today -deliver tomorrow). In other cases terms are subject to discussion upon placing an order as it depends of the volume and complexity of the text.

Urgent translations are done within less than 1 business day from the moment of the order registration. Its cost is 30% higher than that of a standard order.

Please note that translation of technical, medical, legal, finance and other documents is classified as specialized translation and its cost is 30% higher than that of a standard order.

Cost of urgent translation of specialized documents is 50% higher.
