Translations are certified by the stamp of the Vitebsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce,  if it is necessary to use the document for its intended purpose or required by the authority, to whom the document will be submitted. When submitting the documents for translation it is better to specify in advance what kind of the translation certification is required.

Notarization of document copies, translated documents

Ready translation can be notarized upon requirement of the customer.

For this you need to:

• have the original of the document (or its notarized copy);
• place an order for translation;
• provide the correct spelling of the names in the translated document;
• agree the date and time when a notarized document must be ready.

Also we offer a package of services, which includes Apostille and notarization upon request of the customer.

For the both services you need to provide us with the original of the document for translation.

Standard terms of  translation of one-page documents (including personal) and their notarization is 1 day (receive today -deliver tomorrow). In other cases terms shall be agreed while making an order, which depends on the volume, complexity of the text and nature of the service.

We can offer an urgent translation of the document in less than 1 business day from the moment of the order registration. Its cost is 30% higher than that of a standard order.
