The Belarusian pavilion opens at VDNH in Moscow

The renovated National Pavilion of the Republic of Belarus at Moscow's VDNH is now open to visitors. The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry acts as the coordinator of the Belarusian exposition, which will be presenting best national traditions and modern innovations of our country to the pavilion gusts over the few months to follow.

The idea of the authors of the exhibition concept was to place unique exhibits of the "Intellectual Belarus" exhibition, space, aircraft, scientific developments, implemented projects of the Belarusian mechanical engineering – from models to real machines – in the Belarusian pavilion. The exhibition also presents the treasure of the national subsoil – a monolith of underground rock salt deposit in the form of the Belarusian diamond of knowledge – a miniature copy of the building of the National Library of the Republic of Belarus.

The high-speed examples of mechanical, aircraft and instrument making are side by side with is a life-size Belarusian farmstead with the interior of a traditional village house, as well as many pieces of the precious history.

It is expected that all Belarusian regions will be represented in turn in the Belarusian pavilion at VDNH, which will mark the next anniversary year for Belarus.
