Days of the Vitebsk region at VDNKh in Moscow

Today, the Days of the Vitebsk region have kicked off within the framework of the international exhibition-forum "Russia", which is taking place at the VDNKh in Moscow.

The thematic exposition of the region is located in the Belarusian national pavilion and has replaced the presentation of the Brest region. Over three and a half week period (until 26 February), residents and guests of the Russian capital will be able to get acquainted with the industrial, tourist and cultural potential of the northern region of Belarus. The programme of the Vitebsk Region Days will be rich, creative and will include several sections. Tastings of products from leading enterprises, presentations of tourist opportunities of the region, concerts, game interactives and master classes of folk art crafts are planned.       

A special place at the exhibition will belong to the presentation of the brand of Vitebsk and Belarus, the International Arts Festival " Slavianski Bazaar". From February 15 to 26, the guests of the Belarusian pavilion at VDNKh will be able to feel the vibe of this large-scale forum, which annually unites thousands of visitors.     

The main event of the Vitebsk Region Days at the exhibition-forum "Russia" will be held on February 16. It is planned that the Belarusian pavilion will be visited by distinguished guests – representatives of state authorities and administrations of some regions of the Russian Federation, officials of the Republic of Belarus. There will be presentations of the Vitebsk region's potential in industrial production and services, tourist opportunities and cultural and historical traditions.
