To determine the value of your vehicle and submit it to customs authorities, you can contact one of our application acceptance points. When contacting us at one of the BelCCI offices, you must submit an application, sign a contract for an independent vehicle valuation, and provide the necessary documents for the valuation.

Once the valuation agreement has been signed, the required documents have been provided, the valuer has inspected the vehicle, and payment has been made within the timeframe specified in the agreement, the valuer will perform the full valuation process. If you agree, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification regarding the progress of the agreement. Once you are informed of its completion, you can pick up the valuation documents (the report and conclusion) at the location where you submitted your application, or the documents will be mailed to you.
