Chairman Mikhael Miatlikov meets with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia Cham Ugala Uriat

The Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mikhael Miatlikov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Russian Federation with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Belarus, Cham Ugala Uriat.

The followed the BelCCI event with the participation of the Ambassador and representatives of Belarusian business circles.

Mikhael Miatlikov thanked H.E. Cham Ugala Uriat for meeting with Belarusian businesses, including in the format of personal B2D negotiations. "This event allowed us to learn more about the possibilities of Belarus-Ethiopia partnership. I am confident that it has laid the foundation for future business communication and mutually beneficial cooperation."

During the meeting, the current state and prospects of bilateral trade and economic relations were also discussed, as well as issues of interaction between chambers of commerce and opportunities to update the agreement between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Commerce of Ethiopia, plans for visits and events involving business circles from both countries, including at the regional level.

The Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry invited the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Embassy staff to visit the international specialized exhibition "Belagro," as well as to participate in the events organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for representatives of diplomatic missions during the "Kupalye" ("Alexandria Gathers Friends") holiday in July.
