The 3rd meeting of the Council of heads of legal services of enterprises – members of the BelTCP was held at the site of OJSC "BELAZ" – the management company of the "BELAZ-HOLDING" holding.
The participants of the meeting in the first session discussed issues of tax security in the implementation of economic activity and protection of the creditor's interests in the case of the debtor's bankruptcy.
On the agenda of the second session is exclusivity of relations through the prism of antimonopoly norms and ways to protect against unfair competition.
As part of the event, a tour of the BELAZ production site was held. The participants of the Council were given a unique opportunity to see the legendary company from the inside - the world leader in the production of quarry equipment, to get acquainted with the scale of production and the technologies of creating giants of the mining industry.Photo
