Congratulations to the heads and employees of the enterprises – members of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Vitebsk region, who received the honorary title of "Man of the Year of Vitebsk region", following the results of 2023:

- Sergey Rulyov, Director of the Vitebsk Machine-Building Plant Novmash;
- Leonid Moyzhik, Director of OJSC Orsha Tools Plant;
- Vasily Zhukov, Head of the Naftan OJSC Installation;
- Taras Klimchenko, Head of the Sector for the development and implementation of televisions, electric charging stations and products of Vityaz JSC;
- Alexander Klyuev, Head of innovative projects of Izmeritel JSC;
