International Economic Forum "Innovations. Investment. Prospects."

The International Economic Forum "Innovations. Investment. Prospects." was held in the city of Vitebsk. More than a hundred enterprises and organizations of the Vitebsk region presented their developments and product samples at expositions of scientific and technical achievements and demonstration sites. Delegations of the Committee for the Promotion of International Trade of Heilongjiang Province (People's Republic of China), CCI of Pskov Region and Odintsovo CCI (Russian Federation) took part in the forum's events through inter-chamber and partnership cooperation.

The Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held working meetings and negotiations for delegations during the days of the forum with visits to enterprises of the city of Vitebsk and Novopolotsk, Orsha and Dubrovensky districts of the Vitebsk region, a presentation of Heilongjiang Province was organized at the forum site, memoranda of intent were signed to establish friendly relations between the State Association "Vitebsk Concern "Meat and Dairy Products" and LLC Feuzhen, Suihua, a professional cooperative for the cultivation of agricultural products "Wangxing" of Huachuan County, between the enterprises of JSC "Dubrovensky Flax Plant" and LLC "Zhonglifan" Harbin for the production of flax products.

During the meetings in the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, plans for further bilateral cooperation and initiatives of joint projects were discussed with delegations.
