XI International Forum of Business and Government “Russian Retail Week”

The annual Forum “Russian Retail Week” is one of the largest and most significant events in the retail industry in Russia. For more than 10 years, the Forum has been contributing to the development of Russian retail, confirming its status as a key platform for professional dialogue and exchange of experience. Organizers of the event: Retail Event company, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Russian Association of Retail Market Experts (RAERR).

The forum includes a business program and exhibition events.

Participating in the forum with expositions are:

• Roskachestvo (collective stand of Russian enterprises in the meat, confectionery and other industries);

• Russian manufacturers with individual stands;

• Republic of Uzbekistan (national stand of 20 companies from various industries).

The participation of China and Kazakhstan with collective or individual stands is being worked out.

The development plan and conditions for participation in the exhibition are published on the event website https://retailweek.ru/. Information on available space for exhibitions is attached. According to the organizers from April 1, 2025, prices for renting space and stands are expected to increase.

Participation packages for forum visitors:

Special package – free access for employees of retail chains, retail enterprises, marketplaces and government officials.

Standard package – open events as part of the business program, visiting the exhibition exposition, visiting the Retail Week Futsal Cup.

Premium package – full access to all forum events, exhibition, gala dinner and private events, as well as a personal assistant.

Awards – participation in the gala dinner and Retail Week Awards ceremony on board the River Palace.

ON-LINE – access to online broadcasting of all forum events, including key sessions and speaker presentations.

WINE option – this option can be purchased in addition to the “Special” or “Standard” package and allows you to gain access to events within the Wine Retail track.
